How to switch in 3 steps

  1. In Zoho Invoice, open Customers, then the menu (⋯) → Export Customers, and save as CSV.
  2. Create a free Invoice Native account, then open Customers → Import CSV and choose “Zoho Invoice”. The columns are matched for you; check the preview and import. Do the same for your items.
  3. Make your next invoice in Invoice Native. Keep your Zoho Invoice account for your past invoices for as long as you need them.

Frequently asked questions

Can I import my Zoho Invoice customers and items?

Yes. Export each as CSV and choose “Zoho Invoice” in the importer. Display name, email, billing address, item rate and unit are matched for you.

Is there a yearly invoice limit?

No. Invoice Native has no invoice limit and no “Powered by” footer on your invoices.
