How to switch in 3 steps
- In QuickBooks, open your customer list and export it to Excel, then save the sheet as CSV (File → Save as → CSV).
- Create a free Invoice Native account, then open Customers → Import CSV and choose “QuickBooks Online”. The columns are matched for you; check the preview and import. Do the same for your items.
- Make your next invoice in Invoice Native. Keep your QuickBooks account for your past invoices for as long as you need them.
For products and services, export the list from QuickBooks to Excel, save it as CSV and import it under Items → Import CSV.
Many people keep QuickBooks for bookkeeping and record Invoice Native payments there; your invoices and reports export as CSV from Settings → Export your data.
