How to switch in 3 steps

  1. In FreshBooks, export your clients (active and archived) as a CSV file.
  2. Create a free Invoice Native account, then open Customers → Import CSV and choose “FreshBooks”. The columns are matched for you; check the preview and import. Do the same for your items.
  3. Make your next invoice in Invoice Native. Keep your FreshBooks account for your past invoices for as long as you need them.

Frequently asked questions

Can I import my FreshBooks clients?

Yes. Export your clients from FreshBooks as CSV and choose “FreshBooks” in Customers → Import CSV. Organization, name, email, phone and address are matched for you.

Does Invoice Native limit the number of clients?

No. Customers, invoices and quotes are unlimited.

What about my FreshBooks invoice history?

The importer brings customers and items, not past invoices. Download the PDFs or reports you need from FreshBooks before you cancel.
